Patanjali has recently become a very popular brand in India. Almost every household is using either one or another product of Patanjali. Since I am a beauty junkie💄😗, I decided to try skincare products first. So when I visited my local Patanjali store, I decided to buy this moisturiser cream.
What does it claim :
Prevents ageing & dehydration of skin, protects skin against winter dryness and makes skin soft, beautiful and glowing.
How to use :
Apply all over the face and body. Leave on.
Shelf life :
INR 75 (for 50g)
Aloe vera extract, Honey, Shea butter, Soybean oil, Almond oil, Olive oil, Cocoa butter, Camomile extract, Neem extract, Cucumber seed extract, Orange peel extract, Cabbage extract, Dates extract.
Cream base, Vit.E, Vit. B5, Vit.A, CI 45100, Aqua q.s.
My take on the product :
The cream comes in a wide-mouthed plastic tub which is contained in a shiny pink cardboard box. The tub has a baby pink cap. It also has a thin plastic lid underneath the cap which prevents the cream from getting into the cap. Thus packaging is travel friendly.
Cream is light baby pink in colour and the texture is thick and like butter. . . . . . .very smooth. It reminds me of TBS body butters. It smells like Shea butter but not overpowering.
Moisturises perfectly. It is neither too light nor greasy. Best suited for Normal to mildly Dry skin. I use it in winters. But very dry skinned people can also use it in summers too. I use it on face and body both. I can’t say much about anti-ageing claim but it moisturises well.
- Pocket friendly.
- Contains Natural extracts. Devoid of harmful chemicals (though we don’t know what goes into the cream base).
- Travel friendly.
- Pleasing smell.
- Body butter like consistency. Non greasy.
- Moisturises nicely.
- Does not contain Parabens.
- Tub packaging which is unhygienic.
- Can’t find any other con.

Will I repurchase :
